The quality inspection type rubber processing analyzer is a comprehensive testing equipment that integrates raw rubber testing, rubber material processing characteristic testing, vulcanization characteristic testing, rheological characteristic testing, and dynamic mechanical characteristic testing after vulcanization. It uses the large range of changes in mold cavity oscillation frequency, shear strain, and test temperature to measure the dynamic processability, vulcanization characteristics, and physical properties of the rubber material before vulcanization through user set sub tests. The tested materials include uncured rubber, vulcanizable rubber, raw rubber, and other thermosetting materials, which are suitable for research and application in the fields of polymer material formulation, new material development, production process control, and replacement of traditional testing equipment in tires, rubber products, rubber raw materials, petrochemicals, military industries, and research institutes.
